This note covers the website at anvaracampus.com and its contact form. The demo at demo.anvaracampus.com runs on made-up data; a university's own installation of the product is governed by that university.

What we store when you send the form

• What you type: your name, email address, university or organisation, role, country, what you are interested in, and your message.
• The page the form was sent from, and your browser's user-agent string.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit the form to one message a minute per address. The address itself is not stored.
• The time it arrived, and whether we have replied yet.

Where it is kept

In the website's own database on the server Anvara runs the website on. When lead notifications are switched on, a copy of your message is also emailed to Anvara's inbox. Nothing is passed to a third party for marketing, and we do not buy, sell or enrich contact lists.

What we use it for

To reply to you, and to follow up on the conversation you started. Nothing else. There is no newsletter.

How long

We keep an enquiry for up to twelve months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If the conversation becomes a pilot or a contract, the relevant details move to that agreement's records and are kept under its terms.

Asking for a copy or deletion

Send a message through the contact form, or reply to any email from us, asking for your enquiry to be deleted or sent to you. We do it within a few working days and confirm by email.

Cookies and analytics

The website sets no cookies and has no sign-in. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. The videos and screenshots are served from this website; the fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives the usual request details (your IP address and browser) when they load.
